The location of this hotel was fantastic, exactly what we needed for our stay. The breakfast was super and we enjoyed having it on the terrace with a beautiful mountain view. The staff was very helpful and Eric, in particular, made pancakes and eggs with love.
The food selection could be wider for travellers. The hotel could use an interior upgrade.

The rooms are small. Equipment old and still very clean

All the staff were very helpful. They gave the impression of making the best of a bad job.
The hotel is definitely not suitable for disabled travellers. The location is at the top of a very steep hill. 5 steep steps to get into the hotel. 4 steps to get into the lift. High step to get into the shower in the room and the shower is not big enough inside.

The view from our room was so sick, you could literally see the whole valley. Plus, the hotel was only 200 meters away from the town center, so we could easily go check out all the cool activities in Le Mont Dore. We went on some mad walks in different landscapes and even tried horseback riding in the snow at the Mont Dore riding centre - it was wild!
The only thing that could've made our stay even more lit would be if the hotel had some sick parties for young peeps like us. A party vibe with cool music and a chill atmosphere would have taken our stay to a whole new level of awesomeness.

The swimming pool. The setting of the town.
The restaurant prices were a bit expensive but the food was excellent.

I have had a Best Western rewards card for several years, so I use BW hotels wherever I am! BW hotels are all different, which makes staying at them more interesting than the normal 'chain' hotels. The Panorama is in a very good position overlooking the town, yet near all the facilities. I am soon going to Poland and Hungary to try BW there!
I found the bar area dark and dreary - and those few who used it were trying to read in very poor light! Can you lighten it and cheer it up a bit?

Great view from the room and convenient location for skiing. Also happy with the helpful staff and nice upgrade.
Room was cramped, especially the bathroom which made showering a hassle. the pool was not up to par, with a greenish hue, cold water, and strong chlorine smell.

A thoroughly enjoyable stay in a town with wonderful scenery all around. Great centre for walking in summer - skiing in winter

We loved the convenience of the hotel's central location next to the tourist centre, allowing us quick and easy access to everything in this city. The hotel facilities were fantastic, especially the swimming pool and sauna. The breakfast was delightful, and we enjoyed eating it while admiring the beautiful view of the mountains from the terrace. Additionally, the friendly staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and at home.
Nothing negative to say.

The stunning view from our room was breathtaking. We enjoyed the fresh mountain air and the quiet surroundings. The comfortable bed allowed us to have a great night's sleep. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the town centre, where we found plenty of restaurants to choose from.
We were disappointed to find out that the pool was not in great condition and was too cold to use. We were also hoping to enjoy a meal at the hotel restaurant, but it was closed during our stay.

The view from our room was breathtaking, showcasing the beautiful town and valley below. The rooms were recently updated and comfortable, providing a much-needed respite from the heat we experienced elsewhere in France. the hotel's location was perfect, just a short, downhill stroll from the central town area where we found a variety of restaurants to choose from.
Although our stay was enjoyable, there were a few drawbacks. The shower in our room was incredibly small and posed a challenge to use without accidentally shutting off the water.

A breathtaking view over the valley, with the mountains stretching out like a grand painting, welcomed us every morning as we stepped onto the terrace. It felt like waking up in a postcard.
Parking accessibility issue.

Felt extremely safe, no complaints.
